Watts is a leading independent consultancy delivering world-class technical services to the property and construction industries in the UK. We are strongly focused on three specific service offerings: building surveying, cost management, and project management, offering advice at every stage of the property lifecycle. The scope of our services covers the complete spectrum of building and cost consultancy, commercial building surveying, building pathology, and statutory compliance. We pride ourselves on understanding and responding to the individual needs of owners, investors, occupiers, developers, and building managers. Our staff have extensive experience of working across the whole range of commercial, industrial, retail, residential, public, and historic building types.
During the last five decades, we have developed our service offering to meet the constantly changing needs of our clients. The business is now recognised as a leader in the field of technical due diligence and project management services to the property and construction industry across the UK. Furthermore, Watts takes an active role in setting the standards within the profession.
The Professional and Technical (P&T) Steering Group (in conjunction with our service-specific Profit Centre Teams and P&T Sub-groups) is responsible for developing and establishing our service delivery processes set out in our health, environmental, and quality management documentation. The Director Responsible (the person with ultimate responsibility for a commission) is in charge of planning and making sure individual instructions are resourced appropriately and delivered in accordance with these requirements.
We hold our values of honesty, responsibility, and progression at a premium, so our clients can make the right property decisions. Watts offers UK-wide coverage to its clients from offices in Belfast, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Cardiff, London, and Manchester. We also have strategic alliances with several other firms throughout continental Europe.
